Introducing Larry Wise

Greetings,

At this stage of life some time has been finagled to explore B-Greek in hopes of satisfying some questions that are not so apparent in English translations. I do have a particular interest in contextual usage of words and phrases in B-scripture. I’m living among some majestic redwood trees in northern California. I am not educated enough in Greek to make any meaningful contributions to the forum, except perhaps in a belief that questions can stimulate meaningful thinking.

Welcome, Élan!

Good questions are as important as good answers, so ask away! And welcome to B-Greek!

Please do focus on Greek rather than English translations - see http://www.ibiblio.org/bgreek/forum/vie ... ?f=38&t=11.

Helio Élan! We may share the same neck of the woods. I was living near Eureka until 8 months ago when I remarried and moved to Red Bluff. Very awe inspiring redwoods in that part of California.

Hello Scotty,

Eureka to Red Bluff in quite a climate change! Even so, with a watchful eye, every area seems to have an inherent beauty. My current abode is near Willits (The Gateway to the Redwoods) and quasi-retired.
