Hi everyone,

I'm a PhD candidate in Early Christianity at Duke. Despite knowing Stephen Carlson for several years, I didn't hear about this group until last Sunday, when Jonathan Robie came to my Greek Sunday School class and told me about it.

I think my ability to read the Greek NT is reasonable, but my ability to discuss the fine points of its grammar is not. Looks like this forum will be the perfect place to get up to speed in that!

Welcome, Tom. Care to say more about your Greek Sunday school class?

Hi David, sorry for taking so long to respond to your query about my Sunday School class!

It's just an informal gathering where anyone who wants to read Greek comes and we take turns reading and translating verses. No preparation required. We've been doing Ephesians, at roughly 1 chapter per week. It's designed as an opportunity for people who know Greek to stay in practice.
