Mark Armstrong

Post by Mark Armstrong »

Hi Everyone,

my name is Mark Armstrong and I live in Sydney, Australia. I am a Presbyterian Minister and I hold a MTh from Moore Theological College. I have been reading Con Campbell's book on Greek Verbal Aspect which has really got me hooked. I am keen to explore the relationship between aspect, aktionsart and tense; also the relationship between verbal aspect and discourse analysis.

My Greek is a little rusty, so I hope stimulating discussion on this forum will re-ignite the Greek (and geek) parts of my brain!

Welcome to B-Greek! Isn't it true that Con Campbell used to teach at Moore? Did you overlap?

Con taught at Moore College for time, although I didn't coincide with his his Greek lectures (unfortunately).

Hi Mark

Welcome to B-greek! I used to be on years ago. Have been off for a while and recently come back on board, though not very active.
