Χαίρετέ μοι πολλά· I’m a retired Classicist living in Germany and a reader of mostly religious websites, so that I often have need to refer to the original text of the NT and sometimes to the Septuagint, so I’ve joined up here as it may be useful for two-way communication.

σε ἀσμένως, κύριε, δεχόμεθα. Just a reminder to make sure that you inform a moderator of your real name so that we can update your screen name accordingly.

I'm interested in the greeting you used. χαίρετε is clear, of course, but I've never seen μοι πολλά so used. Could you explain it?
