Greetings, Bubba. B-Greek can be an excellent place to ask questions and learn quite a bit, since you have people posting hear from a variety of backgrounds and experience levels. In the archives, both the forum and the mails list archives, you will find plenty of advice on learning Greek, especially if you are doing so as a self-learner. Don't be shy about asking questions or advice.

Welcome, Bubba - there are a lot of self-learners here, questions are always welcome, and people are pretty helpful around here. Welcome to the club!
