Hello,
Johannes Quasten’s four-volume series Patrology gives a list of editions and translations of the writings of the church fathers. Since the series was published in the 1950’s, there are many new translations not listed in it. Is there a more modern book like Quasten’s Patrology which lists all currently available translations? It would make it easier to search for translations on the Internet.

For something more up to date, try Clavis Patruum Graecorum for Greek authors and Clavis Patruum Latinorum. These are more a list than a patrology, and I think it’s current to about the 1990s. There is one wrinkle, however: they’re written in neo-Latin.

Thank you for the reference. It seems that Clavis Patrum Graecorum lists editions but not English translations. It is not difficult to search for the titles of editions on the Internet. But I am looking for a list of English translations.

Some translations are listed, but yes the focus is on the editions. Perhaps, The Encyclopedia of Early Christianity is what you're looking for. The reference section of its articles often have cites to modern translations.

There is some useful bibliography in The Fathers of the Church by Hubertus Drobner (Hendrickson, 2007) and Early Christian Greek and Latin Literature: A Literary History by Moreschini and Norelli (Hendrickson, 2005, 2 volumes).
Both seem less thorough than Quasten but you might find helpful information.
