The database Thesaurus Linguae Graecae has the following two texts attributed to Origen:
Commentarii in evangelium Joannis (lib. 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 10, 13, 19-20, 28-32)
Fragmenta in evangelium Joannis (in catenis)
There is a partial translation of the first text in Philip Schaff’s Ante-Nicene Fathers, volume 9. I was not able to find an English translation of the second text. It is not clear whether the second text is based on the first, since both of them are called commentaries on the Gospel of John. Is there an English translation of the second text?

Re: Finding an English Translation of Fragmenta in Evangelium Joannis (in Catenis)
The fragments of Origen’s John commentary have not been translated into English (except for a paragraph I did in my article “Origen’s Use of Thomas”). There is a German translation however: Rolf Gögler, Origenes: Das Evangelium nach Johannes (MKZU 4; Zurich: Benziger, 1959).
