Psalm 33:9 LXX:

GREEK TEXT: "...oti autos eipen kai egenEthEsan autos eneteilato kai
ektisthEsan..."

"...Because he it was that spoke, and they came to be ; he it was that
commanded, and they were created..." - (NETS, A New Translation Of The
Septuagint 2007.)

What I would like to know is the - meaning - of the ( suffix's ) tense, voice, mood, case, etc, for these three words in this
verse:

1.) Gk., ( egenEthEsan ) "...they came to be..."
2.) Gk., ( eneteilato ) "...commanded..."
3.) Gk., ( ektisthEsan ) "...were created..."

Anything appreciated!

I'm not sure why, but when I looked up the verse in the LXX it was under Ps 32:9 (but in the NIV it is Ps 33:9).

The LXX has the Greek as

οτι αυτος ειπεν και εγενηθησαν αυτος ενετειλατο και εκτισθησαν

εγενηθησαν (they came to be) is in the aorist passive indicative, 3p (so tense=aorist, voice=passive, mood=indicative)

ενετειλατο (he commanded) is in the aorist middle indicative 3s

εκτισθησαν (they were created) is in the aorist passive indicative 3p

You might want to check out

and there you can input words that you are unsure about and see what their parsing codes are

The numbering of Psalms and verses in the Psalms differs in the LXX from the Masoritic text. Many of the introductory comments (titles, attributes) are given a separate verse in the LXX, so the LXX versification does not always align with MT versification. The LXX also has several Psalms which combine the MT chapters (MT 9-10 = LXX 9, MT 114-115 = LXX 113), and a couple which split the MT chapters (MT 116 = LXX 114-115; MT 147 = LXX 146-147), and one extra Psalm (151).
