Those who wish to view the gospel parallels in Greek have two good book options:

(1) Kurt and Barbara Aland's Synopsis Quattor Evangeliorum ... /pd/560145 Now in its 15th edition.
(2) Huck's Synopsis of the Gospels also available from Amazon as a reprint by Cornell at ... 1112171894

Reading the gospel parallels side-by-side is a great way to learn Greek. For those who have not yet got the print book (I don't think Aland's synopsis is yet available on Logos or other bible software packages - at least not in the alignment and with critial notes, etc like in the print edition), You can view the gospel parallels on the SBLGNT version by using this interface/link:

Note: Nothing supersedes Aland's version, which includes many allusions to other NT and post NT era Greek documents. If you want to learn Greek, this is one of the best books by which you can learn different ways to say the same thing.. Redundancy is a great way to learn. Buy Aland's Synopsis, and you won't be sorry.
