Numbering error in Jeremias

Post by Benjamin Chandler »

I was reading through Jeremiah to compare 31:32 to Hebrews 8:9 and noticed that chapter 24 of Jeremiah stops at verse 22, starts a random 1-4 numbering, jumps to 28-33, and finally goes to verse 23. Has anyone else seen this in Brenton's Septuagint?

Brenton give a list of the differences - it's at the end of the Book of Jeremiah - page 971 in my edition of Brenton.
