The version on Amazon appears to be the same edition. Does anyone know if this is a modern reprint or a revised edition?
The version I have on the shelf has an original pub date of 1876 and revised in 1901 by Issac Flagg (It's the University of Oklahoma Press edition), reprinted by U of O in 1958. The one on Google books is the 1877 edition. The main difference appears to be a brief section entitled "The Chief Peculiarities of the Homeric Dialect." A spot check of several pages of the actual dictionary entries showed no differences.

The URL that Jonathan cited for my BDAG review should be updated to http://www.ntresources.com/bdag.html

For my two cents, BDAG (i.e. the 3d ed., not BAG, 1st ed., or BAGD, 2d ed.) is worth every penny even if you must pay full list price.

My old pages/site are not maintained and haven't been for quite a few years. Our IT Dept tells me they bare finally going to pull the plug and delete those pages sometime this summer. Please change any bookmarks you may have saved to the new domain. (Some of the suffixes have also changed from htm to HTML. If you can't find the same page, try a Google search limitedvto the new domain.)
