All volumes of Migne's Patrologia Graeca are available in image format at:

These are very large files and not always of the best quality - accents and etc. are often difficult to distinguish and occasionally there are letters or words which are illegible - but still very worth the bandwidth. You'll also need Latin to make sense of the editorial comments.
