Although I haven't ever looked at this volume of the series, "An Independent Study Guide to Reading Greek [Paperback]" has the following blurb:
"This Independent Study Guide is intended to help students who are learning Greek on their own or with only limited access to a teacher. It contains notes on the texts that appear in the Text and Vocabulary volume, translations of all the texts, answers to the exercises in the Grammar and Exercises volume and cross-references to the relevant fifth-century background in The World of Athens. There are instructions of how to use the course and the Study Guide. The book will also be useful to students in schools, universities and summer schools who have to learn Greek rapidly."
Amazone lists it for $31.18 and I'm delighted to see there's a Kindle e-text of it for $18.14.

I note also that there's now a CD, "Speaking Greek CD (Reading Greek) [Audiobook] [Audio CD]" -- this would be in the reconstructed Attic pronunciation, not in Erasmian or reconstructed Koine pronunciation: https://www.amazon.com/Speaking-Greek-CD-Reading/dp/0521728967/ref=pd_sim_b_3

I hope that Kendall is using the 2007 revision of "Reading Greek." I was very pleased to see that it presents Voice morphology and usage in an intelligent fashion that is not to be seen in most textbooks of ancient Greek.
