Besides the names mentioned by R.J.Petry and C.W.Conrad, there
are the names
APOLLWS
DHMHTRIOS
hERMHS (or hERMAS)
that might be derived from pagan deities.

In the OT we have names derived from "Jahwe" (see C.W.Conrad),
but also from "Baal", as
Eshbaal, Ethbaal, Jerubbaal, Meribbaal, Baalis.
