But the discussion of the original passage has been completely hijacked by
the theologians - why won't people deal with the Greek of the passage
surely you are not asking for that to go private?

The thread which began as an exploration of the usage of PNEUMA in a
particular passage has quite clearly stepped far beyond its original
dimensions under several subject headers and entered the domain of
patristics as well as sharp differences of theological orientation between
list participants. It has already been urged by more than one person that
this discussion be taken off-list. Rolf Furuli has suggested that those
interested in continuing the discussion off-list contact him directly and I
