My reading: POREUQEIS is a participle, a circumstantial participle,
describing the circumstances under surrounding his preaching. Here is the
phrase associated with that participle:

  TOIS EN FULAKHi PNEUMASIN POREUQEIS
  The in-prison spirits going to

So going to the imprisoned spirits, he preached to them. The third verb,
APEIQHSASIN "they were disobedient", occurs POTE hOTE "when the patience of
God was waiting in the days of Noah, when the ark was being prepared..."

This is a really interesting passage!
