odd twist or an ingenious translation?

I've been working thtough these passages lately and had recently come up
with

hA ESTIN SKIA TWN MELLONTWN TO DE SWMA TOU CRISTOU

"...which things are a shadow of things to come but the body (is) of
Christ."

using TOU CRISTOU as a genative of material or content (that from which the
shadow itself was cast). I would be glad to accept correction or comment
on this portion
