Yes, Martin has made excellent contributions to the study of this issue, and
his latest, "Carmen Christi Revisited," along with other, accompanying essays
relating to Php 2:5-11, can be read in Where Christology Began: Essays on
Philippians 2, eds. Ralph P. Martin, Brian J. Dodds (Louisville, Kentucky:
Westminster John Knox Press, 1998).

The essays contained in the above work, along with Furuli's discussion, will
give anyone who wishes to become thoroughly familiar with the issues a
definite advantage.
