I take it that the forward-movement of the D is to give Fred Danker the
great credit he deserves for making Bauer's dictionary the major tool for
English-speaking GNT students and scholars. Arndst and Gingrich get their
credit, but their contribution will have been considerably diminished by
what Fred Danker has done.
