hUPOSTASIS Heb.11:1 and KATABOLH in Heb. 11:11

Maybe anybody could help me with translating hUPOSTASIS in Heb.11:1:

ESTIN DE PISTIS ELPIZOMENWN hUPOSTASIS…

And also I have another question about Heb.11:11: PISTEI KAI AUTH SARRA
STEIRA DUNAMIN EIS KATABOLHN SPERMATOS ELABEN… The word KATABOLH here is
usually translated as “conception”. But I couldn’t find any place where
this word had been used concerning any female. Can Sarah be a subject in
this passage?
