Steven:

The only exhaustive concordance to the LXX is by Hatch and Redpath. It does
not have a numbering system and it does not have a lexicon.

A Greek - English Lexicon of the Septuagint. 2 volumes by Lust, J. /
Eynikel, Erik / Hauspie, K is available from the United Bible Societies.

Hatch, Edwin, and Henry A. Redpath. A Concordance to the Septuagint and
Other Greek Versions of the Old Testament. 2 vols. Grand Rapids: Baker, 1987.
