Mt 10:4//Mk3:18 lists one "Simon the Canaanean" as one of the disciples.
My interest lies in the noun "Kananaios". My question is quite particular
in focus- are there other occurances of this word in any greek or aramaic
text from the first century BCE to the first century CE?

thanks,,
Jim
