[b-greek] Meaning of PAS

It does seem that I overlooked that occasionally PAS appears to be used for
PANTODAPOS or PANTOIOS and thus means "every kind of" or "all sorts of."
(On the other hand, a number of your arguments appeared to be special
pleading, but it is not worth going into.)
