Luke 24:10 reads HSAN DE hH MAGDALHNH MARIA KAI
IOANNA KAI MARIA hH IAKWBOU . . . All my versions translate
'MARIA hH IAKWBOU' as 'Mary, the mother of James,' and I don't
question its correctness. My question is: How does one know it's
mother and not wife or sister or daughter or whatever?
