[b-greek] Luke 11:3, 5

I have a couple of questions about last Sunday's Gospel.

1. Luke 11:3
TON ARTON hHMWN TON EPIOUSION DIDOU hHMIN TO KAQ'
hHMERAN:

Back in Lent some time I had a question about KAQ' hHMERAN, and
several of you were very helpful. Now I would like to know whether
the article here has any effect on the meaning. If the meaning here is
'daily' or 'day by day', would that clarify the meaning of epiousion?

2. Luke 11:5
KAI EIPEN PROS AUTOUS: TIS EX hUMWN EXEI FILON KAI
POREUSETAI PROS AUTON MESONUKTIOU KAI EIPHi AUTWi:
FILE, CRHSON MOI TREIS ARTOUS,

TIS EX hUMWN EXEI
                                        POREUSETAI
                                        EIPHi

Can someone explain to me why we have here (with the same subject)
two indicatives and one subjunctive?

TIA.
