No, George: you're missing the rough breathing over the omega; this is not
the participle of EIMI but the genitive plural of the relative pronon and
it cannot refer to the singular TWi LOGWi. And if it were the participle of
EIMI, it would be a nominative singular form and could not be governed by
DIA.
