[b-greek] Laodicea

Someone asked about the meaning of Philadelphia. I would like to ask about
the meaning of Laodicea (which comes from the proper name Laodice). I have
seen several interpretations, like: a people judged, the judgment of a
people, a righteous people, etc. What would be the best, or the most
probable, interpretation?
Thank you.
