Dear friends, I would like to ask you if I understand correctly the role of EI MH in 1 Cor. 7:17: EI MH hEKASTW hWS EMERISEN hO QEOS ... hOUTWS PERIPATEITW Young translates verses 16 and 17: ... for what, hast thou known, O wife, whether the husband thou shalt save? or what, hast thou known, O husband, whether the wife thou shalt save? if not, as God did distribute to each, as the Lord hath called each--so let him walk; and thus in all the assemblies do I direct: Does it mean this: IF someone DOESN'T know if he or she will save the spouse, he or she has to stay in his or her previous status. ? In other words, does EI MH connect verses 16 and 17? Thank you in advance. Dmitriy ________________________________________________________________ YOU'RE PAYING TOO MUCH FOR THE INTERNET!
