I'm looking for > your best recommendations. Don't ignore JA Bengel, /Gnomon Novi Testamenti/, E.T. by AR Faussett, T&T Clark, Edinburgh, 1859, 5 vols. (Gnomon of the New Testament). It's old and it's patchy, but when it's good it's very very good.
