Who has any suggestions? This seems to me to be of Semitic origin: YUCH stands for Hebrew NePheSh. This is woodenly translated into liturgical Latin in the well known salutation Pax vobiscum Peace be with you Et cum spiritu tuo And with thy spirit (=and also with you) So, therefore, SOU hH YUCH is a periphrasis for "you" SE, as you suggested.
