Dear Ms. (Producer),
I'd like to send a copy of my screenplay, ALL THINGS MUST PASS, to Hometown Films for your consideration. I'm a WGA-agented, NYU film school graduate who was recently advanced to finalist in the 1994 Disney Fellowships In Screenwriting competition.
ALL THINGS MUST PASS is a comic odd-couple story about a widower who dotes on Buster, his nasty, overweight, stinky little dog -- who is forced to endure the company of a crusty CIA agent after Buster accidentally eats a crucial piece of espionage.
It's a character study about unconditional love, as the CIA agent learns how to give...and the widower learns how to "give it a rest."
ALL THINGS MUST PASS is WGA-agent and registered. If you'd like to see a copy, please contact my agent, . . . or call me direct.
Best wishes,
T.F. Hines (address and phone)
Dear Mr. (Producer),
I'd like to submit my new screenplay, SPACE CADETS, for consideration by Anasazi Productions. I'm a graduate of NYU Film School (screenwriting major, straight-A average) and also a veteran journalist.
I'd like to stress that SPACE CADETS is NOT a sci-fi spoof. On the contrary, it's a comic fish-out-of-water story peopled with a variety of characters with strong motivations.
SPACE CADETS is about a young woman hiding from her lunatic ex-boyfriend -- who blunders into the middle of a science fiction convention. It's not an expensive film to produce, and nothing like it has ever been done before -- it's kind of FOUR WEDDINGS AND A FUNERAL meets THE RITZ.
SPACE CADETS is agented, copyrighted, WGA-registered and protected by a moat filled with sharks, so you can read in peace without worrying about legal complications.
If you want a copy of SPACE CADETS, please contact my agent, . . . -- or call me directly. Thanks for your consideration, and for your time.
Best wishes,
Tracie Hines (ADDRESS & PHONE)
