Felix would have had an
opportunity to visit Austria sometime between the end of the war in May
and his movement to France in July, 1945.
The most reasonable time would have been his trip to the nearby Kehlsteinhaus and Hitler's Eagle's Nest. |

of what appears to be a
gathering of GIs in Munich just before their movement to France in
July, 1945. On the back of both photos Felix noted that theses were taken in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Austria. |
