Comments:

The year is erroneously written "1918". Philip was naturalized in 1919.

Philip's name is misspelled "Luvetre" instead of an "Lovetere".

Philip's discharge was issues at Camp Grant, Rockford, Illinois and his naturalization is from Ft. Bliss, El Paso, Texas. Both are dated June 26th, 1919. I am still researching where Philip was on June 26th. I suspect after docking in Hoboken, New Jersey, he traveled to Camp Grant, Rockford, Illinois from where he was discharged. His naturalization was issued by the Federal district court where his division was based, Fort Bliss.
