Intenta quebrar cercos personales e institucionales, encontrar y compartir material didáctico e información complementaria para la planificación y producción pedagógica; y ubicar en su justo lugar a la computadora dentro de la escuela. Las dos partes fundamentales del proyecto son "Gleducar-Escuela" y "Gleducar-Web".
