Carolina
Crossroads is located in The Carolina
Inn, which has welcomed visitors with
Southern style and grace since 1924.
The place in The Carolina
Inn that is now Carolina Crossroads
was originally called, simply, the Dining
Room. In 1939, when the Inn was renovated,
the Dining Room's location didn't change,
but its name did. Executive Chef Brian
Stapleton and Chef De Cuisine Todd Dumke
invite you to enjoy the award-winning
Carolina CrossRoads Restaurant.
As one of Chapel
Hill's finest dining options, Carolina
CrossRoads is where the graceful traditions
of the South combine with progressive
New American cuisine to create memorable
dining experiences. The Chef's Prix
menus, offering three, four or five
courses, each course specially paired
with wine selections change weekly and
highlight the best products from local
and regional farmers.
