      • Water Supply: Main source: from District of Columbia Water System through 11 pipe lines, 6"-20", pressure 45 psi. Station mains: fresh water 6", 44,370 lin. ft.

      • Sewage Disposal: Method: connected to District of Columbia disposal system. Capacity: 50,000 persons. Station sanitary sewers: 11/2"-30", 95,540 lin. ft. Station storm sewers: 6"-14'x141/2', 46,200 lin. ft., emptying into Anacostia River.

      • Gas Supply: Source: Washington Gas Light Co. Station mains: 3", 13,747 lin. ft.

      • Heating System and Steam Mains: 1 central heating plant: steam, 10 boilers, total 8,232 B.H.P., 495,000 lbs. of steam generated per hour, pressure 145 psi. 8% bleeder steam for heating at 20 psi pressure. Steam mains: 4"-8", 26,560 lin. ft. Condensate returns: 3"-6", 1,600 lin. ft.

      • Fuel Supply: Anthracite coal: storage capacity 250 tons, handled by crane for use in foundry. Bituminous coal: storage capacity 7,500 tons, handled by conveyor for heating and power plant. Diesel oil: tank capacity 11,500 bbl.; distribution mains 3", length 4,060 ft. Motor gasoline: tank capacity 52,100 gal.

      • Compressed Air Supply: 15,000 cfm of free air at 100 psi. Mains: 21/2", 41,400 lin. ft.

      • Railroad, Motor & Other Equipment
