    Chief of Naval Operations

    Ball cap, presented to Admiral Burke by Commander Sixth Fleet in 1960, and a chromed paperweight model of USS Bainbridge (DLGN-25) presented to him at the ship's launching on 15 April 1961.
    Both were donated to the Naval Historical Foundation by Admiral Burke.

    The Arleigh Burke Fleet Trophy


    Presented to USS Forster (DER-334) on 19 September 1962.
    Established in 1962 in honor of former Chief of Naval Operations Admiral Arleigh A. Burke, USN, this award plaque's sculptor was H. de Bellis.
    Photographed in 1962. In 1971 this trophy was transferred to the collections of the Curator of the Department of the Navy.
