    On board USS Augusta (CA-31) at Antwerp, Belgium, on 15 July 1945. Leahy was accompanying President Harry S. Truman during his trip to the Potsdam Conference. The others welcomed the President upon his arrival at Antwerp after a trans-Atlantic voyage.
