The Ark
The Ark is a spinoff from the New Alchemcy Inst. run by John and nancy
Todd, started in 1970's on Cape Cod, which does not exist anynmore. The
ARk was a spinoff in Prince Edward Island, and we believe it is still
functioning and among other things, has demonstrated the economic
viability and ecological soundness of some new type of composting
toilet. To get mopre info contact John or Nancy Todd in the Woods Hole,
Mass. area. Any phone book should do, 508 area code. Good luck.

Yes. I know there is work going on at the University Of Oslo (Norway),
trying to do precisely this. There is some cooperation with our div.
of ornamentals at Agricultural University of Norway. However, I dont think they have published anything yet, apart from some PR-
like newspaper articles which also referred the NASA work.
