Shepherd College’ Small Business Development Center will host this
workshop focusing on alternative agriculture market opportunities and
controlled environmental production technology. The sessions provide an
introduction into alternative agriculture market opportunities and
production technology and identify resources available to new and
existing entrepreneurs.

Mr. Steve Bogash is a commercial horticulture agent with Penn State
Extension Service and is a former enterprise consultant with the
University of Maryland Cooperative Extension Service.
Mr. Fred Baer is the Director of the Shepherd College Small Business
Development Center in Shepherdstown, West Virginia.
Mr. Marten Jenkins is a research associate with the Conservation Fund’s
Freshwater Institute.
Mr. Butch Bard is a greenhouse production specialist with CropKing, Inc.
