Re: fertilizer value of coffee grounds
As an amateur gardener, I know that most gardeners like coffee grounds in their compost.
It has a high nutrient value, but also high acidity. There is a move in Portland, OR
to get the large number of coffee shops, espresso stands, etc. to compost their grounds.
