If you are new to barbecue and grilling, you need to get yourself a copy of this book. If you are an old hand, you can also learn a thing or two from it. It's all there, from barbecue to hamburgers, from whole hogs to frog legs, and all points in between. History, woods, meat selection, cooking technique. Not only is Smokey's book fun reading, but it's one of the best and most complete books you will find on outdoor cooking.
