I don't have a current catalog for Fall Creek .
Their 1993 cat. recommends Northbblue for cold climates.
It is a dwarf and produces well for its size.
It was released by the U of Minn.
Will grow to 24 to 36 inches.
Pruning is not necessary the first few years but then must remove old wood 
regularly.
NorthSky is not mentioned. May be a new variety or it does not grow well 
here in Oregon.
