[nafex] English Hard cider

Finally! Had some real hard cider from England, with bittersharp
apples, dry, oak aged. It was delicious! I didn't think I'd like the
bitterness but it was barely noticeable. Apparently its fairly easy to
come by over there, many pubs carry it. And a lot of average citizens
still make their own still. Now that I know what its supposed to taste
like I can make my own accordingly. Mine was very good this year, like
champaigne though, very bubbly, next time I'll work on the bitter for
body taste and less carbonation and I think I'll get darn close.
Have a Merry Christmas!
