[compost_tea] CT in hydroponics?

I would like to ~some day~ build a hydroponic type system that uses CT
as its food. Dare I say something where the brewer is running on a
daily basis and it's output is mixed at the proper ratio with other
plant stage dependant nutrients into the nutrient tank, which is then
fed to the plants. For instance if I was growing tomatoes and peppers
I would need high N in the spring/vegetative stage could I add some
fish meal and kelp into the brew, possibly at the latter stages to
beef it up a bit? And what could I safely add for the flowering and
fruiting stage to beef up the P numbers? I'm for growing food
organically and cleanly in areas of the world where a decent toxic
free soil patch is nearly non-existant.

Any thoughts?
