I was interested in the info at http://www.magicsoil.com/ re aerated
compost.
While I think that there is a place for anaerobic organisms in compost
(ie the beneficial ones) because the usual final resting place for
compost is in the soil.

However one of the uses of AACT is above-ground coverage on plants, and
I guess that anaerobes will not last long here (although they may
persist in a reproductive form...).
So I would be interested in comparative data between the usual "good"
compost and "aerobic" compost, because it makes sense to me that
multipling the ones we want to survive on the plant in preference to
others will result in a more powerful product.
Although aerating CT will result in a preference for aerobes, there is
still the possible problem of unwanted anaerobes;
I would be very interested in test results!
