[compost_tea] fish hydrolysate acid stabilized?

I've been reading up about fish hydrolysates. It seems they are stabilized
with phosphoric acid. Wouldn't this have a negative effect on the
microorganisms if hydrolysate is added to tea or used as a foliar spray?

Thanks,
Paulette
