I make about my aerated teas in a cheap 20 gallon plastic tub with a
cheap aquarium air pump with one bubbler.

I use about 1/3 tub container or less, of mature compost made from
75% horse manure/sawust, 25% leaves, grass clippings, and produce
food scraps from a local grocery store.

I use about 1/4 cup of dry molasses as my biostimulant in the tea.
I also use old alfalfa hay and cattle feeds as optional bacterial and
fungal foods for my tea.

The cattle or horse grain feed I use is basically salt-free (0.5% to
0.7% salt per volume), it is usually pelletized, but sometimes I use
the whole grain feed types. It contains lots of corn, oats, wheat,
millet, and molasses.

I know after just 12-24 hours, the tea turns light brown, with a
yeasty smell and some foam or bubbles on top.

If the grain feeds acting as a fungal food for mycorhizza fungi?
Is the alfalfa hay a fungal food too?
