Try Dandelion, Stinging Nettle, Chamomile, Valerian, Yarrow and any
nitrogen fixing (legumous) plant. Also anything that the worms are
allowed to eat will become microbe food, that is roots that are left
in the ground like corn and rye, and purposely growing daikon radishes
to be left in the ground rather than harvested. There is also the
technique of green manuring, growing a plant and cutting the
vegetative growth at it's peak, and letting it fall onto the surface
of the soil and eventually it becomes microbe food.
