The system I saw simply put the 20' coil of soaker hose, with the twist tie=
s
from the store still on it, in the bottom of the barrel with a rock on top
of it.

Matt, hopefully you'll get an answer from 'Peter' on that - as that's where
that message originated.

Not sure how my name became the subject line of this post - possibly becaus=

I am finding the cost of the pump to be higher than expected, and where
another brewer designer on this list (hi Bob) is able to produce a much les=

around to probably buying my own.

Mike,

Can you tell us how you secured the soaker hose to the bottom of the 55
gallon drum? I have tried this system, but always have trouble with
getting the soaker hose to stay on the bottom. FYI - No SFI test
results yet.

"Fittings to connect the soaker hose to the compressor while the
soaker hose is in the bottom of the drum."
